Please read these terms carefully before registering for AquaMeet conferences.
1. Registration
By registering for the conference, participants agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of confirmation.
2. Payment Terms
All registration fees must be paid in full prior to the conference. AquaMeet reserves the right to cancel or deny participation for incomplete or pending payments.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Participant substitutions may be permitted with prior written notice. In the event of conference cancellation or postponement by organizers, participants will be informed of alternative arrangements.
4. Abstract Submission
All submitted abstracts must be original and must not have been previously published. Authors are responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, and ethical compliance of their submissions.
5. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior throughout the conference. Any misconduct, harassment, or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
Participants retain ownership of their work. However, by submitting content, they grant AquaMeet the right to use, reproduce, and publish materials for conference proceedings and promotional purposes.
7. Liability Disclaimer
AquaMeet shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience incurred during participation in the conference, including travel-related issues.
8. Changes to Event
AquaMeet reserves the right to modify the conference schedule, speakers, venue, or format (including virtual/hybrid arrangements) if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
9. Force Majeure
AquaMeet shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for the conference, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
